My requirement is not to have a single line against Title when I used PROC PRINT.

Please note this Title n option put a blank line. I don't want any such line in proc print.

Sorry, your gonna have to be clearer than that.  Post your code and desired output.  Title statements are not linked to proc print or report.  Is the problem with a title statement or the proc print statement.

Code is something like this:

ods html file = HTMFILE1

style = fancyprinter rs=none trantab = E142WLT1;

title;

proc print data = data1 noobs label;

This is in MAINFRAME environment, writing to an XLS file.

Out  put is coming like this:

ABCDE

I would like to delete the blank line above A.

I hope I am clear enough now.

Sorry, no not really.  I would suggest that if you are writing to Excel then you would be better served by using the ods excelxp tagset.  This will give you a lot more control over the output, and in conjunction with proc report rather than proc print can work wonders:

ods tagsets.excelxp file="myfile.xls" style=fancyprinter;

proc report data=your_data nowd;

     columns a b c d e...;

     define     a / "Label for A" style(header)=[just=l];

     define     b /...;

run;

ods tagsets.excelxp close;
