Well, I am a Sir (although, I haven't been knighted), so I'll try to answer your question. Smiley Wink

If you are just trying to get the output from a phreg procedure to pdf output, just place the ods pdf file= and odf pdf close around your procedure as shown below.  Be sure to include the full path and file name of where you'd like the pdf stored after the "ods pdf file=" statement.

ods pdf file='c:\SurvivalAnalysis.pdf';

proc phreg data=Myeloma;

   model Time*VStatus(0)=LogBUN HGB Platelet Age LogWBC

                         Frac LogPBM Protein SCalc

                         / selection=stepwise slentry=0.25

                           slstay=0.15 details;

run;

ods pdf close;

For some reason I was thinking probability density function instead of portable document format Smiley Happy But that's up to the OP to clarify

Usually one is interested in the Survival or Hazard Function from Proc PHREG not the probability density function...

You could just multiple the hazard function, h(t), by the Survival function, S(t) to obtain the pdf as h(t) = f(t)/S(t).
