Hi,
I have an old macro catalog but unfortunately not much of documentation is available.
Is there any possibility (maybe an option in PROC CATALOG) to retrieve the SAS version in which the macros were compiled and the catalog created?
Thank you,
Natalie
You can use Base SAS to retrieve that information manually. Navigate to the library in the SAS Explorer, right-click the catalog and select properties. You'll see the SAS version in the Engine/Host tab.

Thanks Kurt, somehow I didn't think of explorer
Now I can check both, SAS and Host Machine (Windows) version.
