Hello,

I would like to keep the residuals from a logistic regression. Is there an automated way or I have to construct them manually?

Thank you

Hi,

Add RESDEV option in output to keep residuals from logistic regression.

proc logistic data=have;

   model Y(event='1')=X;

output out=want(KEEP= Y pred dev) P=pred RESDEV=dev;

run;
