Is there any SAS Code for Bayes rule(bayesian) and Neural Networks. I do not have SAS EM.

Without Enterprise Miner, there is not a good way to do neural network modeling in SAS.  There are several procs that allow for a Bayesian analysis--MCMC, GENMOD, LIFEREG, and PHREG.
