How GCONV work ? Especially with proc logistic data..

Hi,

I want to learn how gconv model statement option work ? I think it round data but how ? İt's default value 1E-8. What is that mean? Is there anyone to explain me with simple examples?

Thanks.

I am giving a proc logistic output :
