Help Testing Significance of Difference Between Two (NPS) Scores from Independent Survey Samples

Help Testing Significance of Difference Between Two (NPS) Scores from Independent Survey Samples using a SAS/STAT Procedure!

After reading many SAS papers online, I'm still unable to perform this test in SAS using the following data:

GROUPTOTAL
RESPONSE
COUNT
TOP2
RESPONSE
COUNT
BOTTOM6
RESPONSE
COUNT
NET
PROMOTER
SCORE
1117673229.91%
2145863833.10%

Please note the following:

1. Net Promoter Score is calculated as follows: (TOP2 RESPONSE COUNT - BOTTOM6 RESPONSE COUNT) / (TOTAL RESPONSE COUNT)

2. The responses were collected using a 10 point Likert scale

Thank you for taking the time to read this post.

Typically, when wanting to determine if there is a statistically significant difference between two groups and their means or values, one would use a T-Test or an ANOVA.  Either way, you can accomplish this in SAS looking at the TTEST procedure or the GLM procedure.  Both of these techniques assume normality among other assumptions when running them.
