Hi,

I am a Ph.D. student in Cyber Security from the University of Salford. I am quite naive to SAS programming. I desperately  need some help.

My dataset looks like this

ID    order             items
1               1            A
1               2            B
1               3            C
1               4            B
1               5            D
2               1            B
2                2           E
2                3           F
2                4           F
3                1           C
3                2           B
3                3           B

I used this dataset and generated link analysis in SAS. Now I would like to  calculate overlapping ratio based on the dataset is presented  above to highlighted  strongest links which it is discussed in the paper (Visualizing Healthcare Provider Network using SAS® Tools)
Could you please provide me some guidelines to solve the problem.
Thanks and regards,
Alsa

How do you calculate theoverlapping ratio ?

What do you want the result to look like?
