Fit report on ONE sheet

Colleagues

When a report is exported to .PDF, there are 8 columns in the report and this causes SAS to use two sheets to export the reports to.

How do I export such a SAS report on to ONE pdf sheet? I am currently using proc report in Enterprise guide. (The rows and columns preferably to fit on one page)

Proc report data=work.Compliance5 ;

format Comply comma8.1;

define Determinand / display

style(column)={just=l};

define Determinand / display

flow ;

define Determinand / display

style(column)=[cellwidth=.001cm];

run;

Re: Fit report on ONE sheet

Try setting the width of your columns in your define statement.

There's an example here : https://communities.sas.com/t5/ODS-and-Base-Reporting/Dynamic-column-width-in-proc-report-for-ODS-PD...

I can't remember the units used but you can guess and test until you find what works for your data.

You may need to consider changing your page orientation to landscape as well.

There really is no way to force single page with PDF that I've encountered. You may try different ODS styles or a custom style to set font sizes and such a bit smaller than the defualt that PDF uses OR set a page size larger but either option depends on what you do next.
