I am using windows 7 Ultimate version. I was earlier having "VirtualBox 5.0.10 for Windows hosts". When I am trying to start my virtual box and it is showing "failed to open access for the virtual machine SAS-University-Edition" and error code is"
VT-x is not available (VERR_VMX_NO_VMX).

Please let me know, what can I do now and what is the actual solution?

Thanks for your quick response and great answer. I have enabled "Intel Virtualization Technology" from BIOS. Even I have installed on Windows10, 64Bit. Now my virtual box showing windows7, 64 bit (inspite of windows10, 64bit) and showing new error "This kernel requires an x86-64 CPU, but only detected an i686 CPU. Unable to boot- please use a kernel appropriate for your CPU"
Would you please let me know, how can I resolve it?
