I am using the SAS cube from AMO5.1 of EXCEL 2010.
I save a pivot table report in advance(Set rows, columns, sigma value, the filter).
Open the report and perform the "Refresh" from the SAS tab of the ribbon, we may receive an error messege.
'" CB_0001" encountered errors while opening the result. We can postpone processing the results by placing them in the Status window.
Object reference not set to an instance of an object."

I press the "Abotr" button on the error message. And  after a little later run again (I do same operate) ,so it will run correctly.
It has occurred in multiple user (multiple terminal) .But it only occurs after I start up my compuer.

Why the error occurs?

I would appreciate your advice.
