Did you copy and paste the code from somewhere?
If so, try typing it out instead. Sometimes, because its a browser, there are hidden characters that don't show up the way you expect, especially if copying from a website or PDF file.
I run; quit; by itself, and re-run the the whole code and it seems to work now. thanks for your help~!
I too had the same issue. I did the format code and after that it worked like a charm.
It may also work for you.
I was able to solve this issue for me by following way.
I downloaded the file in which code was saved. Opened the file, copied the code and pasted the entire code in a notepad file. Now when I am copying the code from notepad file, this issue is resolved. Thanks.
