Error in job

Hi All,

Earlier I am able to exectute this program as a scheduled job and when I am running now, I am receiving this error:

NOTE: The cube registration was found.
ERROR: A source column definition for "Customer" is missing from the metadata repository.  It might have been deleted.
ERROR: A cube metadata error occurred.
NOTE: The SAS System stopped processing this step because of errors.

Please help...!

Regards,

Sundeep

Re: Error in job

Take a look at the cube definition in OLAP Cube Studio

Then check if the input dataset(s) is/are correctly registered in metadata (compare the metadata registration with the output of proc contents, or do a visual check of the columns in Enterprise Guide)

Either the registration is not up-to-date, or the cube tries to use a column that is no longer present in the dataset.

Re: Error in job

Just look at the message. Verify that your metadata registration contains "Customer" (or not...).

Re: Error in job

Hi,

Customer is registered in metadata.

And does the actual current dataset contain that variable?

Re: Error in job

Thanks a lot Kurt,

The input dataset which was registered was not the original one. I selected the original dataset and registered in metadata.

And finally able to run the job successfully...

Thanks to each and everyone who replied for this post Smiley Happy
