CLI error

Dear Experts,

I am trying to connect SQL Server (Windows) with SAS (UNIX) but getting following errors:

ERROR: CLI error trying to establish connection: [unixODBC][Microsoft][ODBC Driver 11 for SQL Server]Login timeout expired :

       [unixODBC][Microsoft][ODBC Driver 11 for SQL Server]A network-related or instance-specific error has occurred while

       establishing a connection to SQL Server. Server is not found or not accessible. Check if instance name is correct and if SQL

       Server is configured to allow remote connections. For more information see SQL Server Books Online. :

       [unixODBC][Microsoft][ODBC Driver 11 for SQL Server]TCP Provider: Error code 0x2AF9

ERROR: Error in the LIBNAME statement.

I installed the compatible odbc driver 2.3.2 on linux os and created DSN i.e. temp by ini file entry But when I run libname statement it gives the above mentioned error.

LIBNAME test ODBC DSN= temp USER=** pwd=***** schema=dbo connection=global;

Re: CLI error

You should talk to your SQL Server Admin . Make sure you can connect to server at local side.

" Server is not found or not accessible"
