Hi everyone,

is it possible that we somehow disable (or hide) the disposition button on the toolbar until the alert is claimed by the user (or assigned to someone)?

I tried adding some condition with assignment user ID on the "Toolbar Items for Alert Entity" but, there is no "is missing" option for the assignment user id, and even if it had that option, it would disable all of the buttons including claim and disposition. Therefore user wouldn't be able to claim it.

And I can add or remove each button with the group capabilities, but there is no menu in which I can add some rules that will say when to disable those buttons and when not to.

We want to make sure that the users claim the alerts before doing any further investigations.

Hello, 

 

It is not possible to conditionally control when only the disposition toolbar button is available (the condition to show/enable the toolbar buttons applies to the collection of alerts related actions/buttons).
