I'm currently getting the following error at a JobExecution endpoint (happens to be: /SASJobExecution/?_program=/Public/app/common/sendArr)
Error starting compute service job
The session requested is currently in a failed or stopped state.
We've recently been sending a lot of special characters to that service as part of testing for SASjs so I don't know if it's related (probably not).
I've tried:
sudo /etc/init.d/sas-viya-all-services stop sudo /etc/init.d/sas-viya-all-services start
and:
sudo systemctl stop sas-viya-cascontroller-default sudo systemctl start sas-viya-cascontroller-default
(the above command is suggested by the terminal when I try to run: `sudo /etc/init.d/sas-viya-launcher-default stop`)
Any tips for booting it back up, other than config file searching as per https://support.sas.com/kb/63/260.html ? (pretty sure nothing has changed there)
After reinstalling from a backup the following note was present in SASStudioV:
The compute server session is in a failed state.
This let to this usage note: https://support.sas.com/kb/64/718.html
And the realisation - the licence had expired!
