Thanks for the suggestion @utrocketengineer.  We are planning to update this community site with a responsive "skin", which should provide a better experience on a mobile device like your phone.  We're planning this project for 2018 -- but it's a big project and we're in the early stages of planning.  So no estimated date yet.

If you want to see what this might look like, visit our friends over at the JMP Community.  They launched their community a bit more recently than we did, and went straight to the responsive experience.

I will fervently hope that changes made for "mobile devices" do not make things less useable or wasteful of screen space for laptop or desktop computers like my bank did.

They took a result page from one action that used to display in roughly 18 lines of space on a desktop monitor to one that for the same transaction now takes 2 and a half screens of 1980x1200 resolution to display. 3 or four blank lines between every data item - gah!

Would love to see an app.  I'm a big fan of the Stack Exchange iOS App.

Don't worry @ballardw -- we know most people still visit us via desktop browsers.  The goal of a good responsive design is to look good and function appropriately according to the device/form factor you're using.  We won't sacrifice desktop for sake of mobile. Our other sites (sas.com, blogs.sas.com, main pages of support.sas.com) are all using a responsive design.

And @Quentin, I'll have to check out the Stack Exchange app.

I am completely looking forward for having a more responsive theme for mobile, and much better than putting the community under a 3rd party app.

@ChrisHemedinger I am wondering, is there any development also regarding the single sing on related error happening from time to time? I guess more people accessing from both desktop and mobile might make this problem even worse, if that problem is not solved first, if my guess is right.
