SAS Superlatives revealed for 2021 Customer Experience Day

As managers in the SAS Support Communities, my SAS counterparts and I approach every day as if it's Customer Experience Day. After all, where would we be without you? Seeing to it that you flourish as SAS users is literally our job. We share that charter with the Customer Contact Center and other groups within SAS, such as Technical Support. We have a front-row seat for the highs, lows and everything in between.

As the official Customer Experience Day date dawns in the northern hemisphere, we thank you for using SAS software and wish you, from the bottom of our collective heart, "Happy CX Day!"

2021 SAS Superlatives

What better time than today to recognize our most active customer members, the Super Users and PROC Stars? Many who've posted questions in here have benefitted from your collective wisdom. If you happened upon this post and you recall one of these members helping you on your SAS journey, thank them in the comments! You can tag them by typing the @ symbol, followed by their member ID.

It occurred to us that some of you are outstanding in ways all your own. The picture below, borrowing a tradition from your typical American high school yearbook, is our attempt to give you some recognition:

  • Best Promo Video for a Book: @djrisks
  • Loudest Social Voice: @MichelleHomes
  • Most Likely to be a YouTube Star: @Maninspecs
  • Most Likely to Contribute an Article: @zekeT_sasaholic
  • Most Likely to Contribute an Original #dataviz: @tc
  • Most Likely to Hack into Hacker’s Hub: @ethomps and @PaulCanals

  • Most Likely to Start a Topics and Keep the Convo Going: @Phil_NZ

@ronan, great having you and other skilled SAS users in here and on our other channels. Hope we didn't jinx you and @snoopy369 in the next trivia with that SAS superlative. 😉

hi @BeverlyBrown, not at all. 🙂 You know I depend on chance alone at the Bowl Games, therefore I have to accept the results as they are eventually. My daughters now tease me too often when I take part to the game, this relieves me of any kind of pressure. As the Baron de Coubertin - his family castle is located in my small town btw - famously said : "The most important thing in the Olympic Games is not to win but to take part" . A good question for a future Bowl maybe !

That's awesome, @ronan. (Having a castle nearby sounds pretty awesome too!)

Modern Olympic Games were born here !Modern Olympic Games were born here !

The De Coubertin family is now extinct, the castle domain has become a non profit foundation for providing training & support to young technical apprentices (metal & wood workers). A long way from SAS Cx Day !

Fascinating, @ronan! Beautiful place, and that's a practical use for the property. Reminds me of the Biltmore House a few hours from here, a remnant of the Gilded Age and birthplace of US forestry.
