In addition to what we heard from the presenters, there was a lively chat discussion about all of the communities.  Watch the last 15 minutes of the meeting recording to catch all of the questions and the responses from the panelists.

Chris, and panelists,

It was a great discussion on statistics of support and community forums and provided great insights. Kudos to the presenter from Australia, who woke up to present at this forum at 3 am. This is awesome commitment. I enjoyed the session as it was my first session. Many thanks to super users who take their time to respond to questions to help the community. I have personally benefited from support communities.

Thanks @ChrisHemedinger, @art297, @ArtC and @AndrewHowell for putting together the virtual linkup and sharing with the community.

It was a good informative session and I liked having it after SAS Global Forum to review the stats and the awards. As there are many focused linkups at SAS Global Forum now, it would have been a challenge to find a timeslot that didn't clash so having it as a live linkup with a recording for people to review afterwards is a great approach.

Congratulations to the award winners and to all the volunteers and contributors that help grow and support the various SAS communities... we have a wonderful extended family! Smiley Happy Heart

Kind Regards,

Michelle

Hi Chris,

I liked the linkup meeting. I wasn't aware of some of the forums.

It was really nice to hear from some of the great SAS people.
