This past weekend, our SAS IT team applied an upgrade to the authentication software that allows your sas.com profile to sign in to communities.sas.com.
Since the time we switched to the new communities platform in early September, many of us had been experiencing sign-in issues. Symptoms included the HTTP 404 error, HTTP 500 error, and experiencing a confusing OpenAM login screen.
With the fix in place, we expect these issues to be resolved. We hope that you will now enjoy an uninterrupted experience on the site.
