We believe that the communities are pretty self-explanatory, but we do often get asked two questions:
How can I change my user name on the communities?
How can I change my email address?
This post will address both, because they are quite simple to do:
You cannot change your user name, but a community manager can. Simply PM @ShelleySessoms and give me two choices for your new user name. I will change it, based on availability, and you’ll see the new user name reflected immediately.
Since your communities profile is associated with your SAS profile, simply go to your SAS Profile and select “Change email.” This will cascade to all of the sas.com or support.sas.com sites that ask for a sign in. And the change takes place immediately.
