When using the Chrome browser, I get an HTTP 404 error whenever I click on any link.

Also, it doesn't show me as signed on even though I am signed on in support.sas.com.  When I try to sign on, I get an HTTP 404 error.

The good news is that everything seems to work using IE11 as the browser.

Hi @JimLoughlin, thank you for being part of the community - and part of the new platfform launch..

The new system is experiencing some mild turbulence until we fully vett all suggestions and any post-launch kinks. So thank you for hanging in there -- and providing this extremely valuable feedback.

The 404 error you are experiencing, I believe, is associated with Single Signon issues:  a known issue discovered post-launch that is being fixed right now.

To test: if you go to chrome, go to sas.com and see if you are logged in. If so, logout and try to get back to https://communities.sas.com in Chrome. I wonder if that will clear the problem in the shortterm.

Best to you,

Lainie

Hi @JimLoughlin,  I wanted to follow up to let you know the login issue was fixed.
You may have seen Chris Hemedinger's update message about it: https://communities.sas.com/t5/Community-Memo/Login-fix-applied-for-communities-sas-com/ba-p/229533....

Thank you so much for your patience. Please let me know if you have any future issues.
