Users would like to know :  How can one identify if an individual is utilizing the SDD 3.x. system

This question can be answered by using the Global Audit trail. SDD Global audit trail creates records for every user that access the system – either as a SDD User Interface logon or using programmatic access.   Within the Global Audit trail, Select the Date: Ranges to cover, the Events: selection should be set to
[Select detail events] and the corresponding Select: should have Authentication Successful (programmatic access) and Logon Successful (SDD UI logon) – use the control key to highlight both criteria.   See Figure # 1-2.

Select the Go button. In the resulting window Global Audit Trail Results (figure #3). Next, select the Export button.  A new window will present allowing you to export this audit tail to SDD.  Enter a File Name (a .csv extension will be added) and select the Browse: button to determine the lactation to save the
file to in SDD (figure #4) .  Select theGo button and a message will appear stating your request will be completed by a backend process.

One the results are returned, you can either open the Data Explorer on the CSV file (and browse results) or have a subsequent SAS program process this data and produce a SDD Usage report.
