I'm trying to open, but not submit a .SAS pgm that i just created from a data step.
Is there a way to submit SAS commands from the editor and not the command line?
something like the wedit command from a macro or data step?
thanks
gary

well i found the DM command works somewhat for my issue.

DM 'pgm';
DM 'inc c:\sas_pgms\test_me2.sas';

opens the program up in a program editor window, but yet to find how to do the same with the enhanced editor window.

the statement should be
dm "wedit 'c:\temp\test_me2.sas' " ;
