Hello:
I hope to calculate the risk difference using proc freq, where event is coded as 1 and 0 otherwise. SAS automatically consider 0 as event and I cannot find the option to switch it. Is there any way to specify the level of class variable to be considered as event?
Thanks,
Peter
I thought that the proc freq's riskdiff option by default provides the risk difference for each column of a 2x2 table, unless you specify the specific column of interest (i.e., column=1 or column=2 or column=BOTH)

There is an option you can use . table a*b/riskdiff(column=2);
