proc compare - how to save lst report through sas code

data work.cars;

set sashelp.cars;

run;

proc compare data=sashelp.cars compare=work.cars;

run;

The output of above proc compare is lst report. I want to save the lst report in a folder C:\myfolder\

Please let me know what is the option to save the lst report to desired folder.

Re: proc compare - how to save lst report through sas code

You can use proc printto:

proc printto print="c:\your_file.txt" new;

run;

proc compare...;

proc printto;

run;

Or better still for nice output set an ods destination, much like any other output.  Depends what you need it for.
