Follow the setup instructions.

See the last section of it with regards to how to reset up Orion everytime you start or how to ensure it's set up by default.

When creating a new library in SAS OnDemandAcademics, check this checkbox -

Re-create this library at start-up
(adds the library to the SAS autoexec file)

In OnDemandAcademics SAS Studio , check in your left pane (Expand Libraries) and check whether Orion exists or not,if it exist , u can expand it to view the datasets

you can use the below code also

proc contents data=orion._all_ nods;

run;

to display all data sets under orion library

and in the top right , you can find list of menus near help menu

If your library does not exist then edit your autoexec , add the library there to run when the application starts.
