Hi I want to use mfile and mprint for debugging. This is the error message:

ERROR: Insufficient authorization to access /sas/SAS_9.3/install/eg/Lev1/SASApp/external-file-for-SAS-statements.

I understand that I need to give a specific path. Can anyone help to list  a possible path?

Thank you.

Since you seem to work on a UNIX system, using $HOME (which points to your home directory) is always a good option. This is also the location you see in the "Files" section of your server list (if the default configuration was not changed). You can even create a special subdirectory there, if you want.

Thank you. Would you please provide sample code?
