I am having an error when trying to import the Excel file in SAS.

We (at least me) can't see that image at all.

Please post the code you've used and the error as text.

This is the error.

ERROR: Connect: Clase no registrada
ERROR: Error in the LIBNAME statement.

I am not using code but importing the data as SAS allows to do it now.

Try a standard proc import.

 

proc import out=want datafile='path to xlsx file' dbms=XLSX replace;
run;

It is better to copy the text from the log and paste that here as text. The picture is too small to read.
