I request to be assisted if anyone knows how to calculate observed and predicted events and the calibration slope.

Since observed would typically mean the values recorded from source you will have to explain what you mean by calculate observed events.

 

"Calibration slope" looks like jargon, in this case a specific interpretation as used by one industry or organization of a general concept. You might want to provide some details of what it means to you.

Some sort of example data might not hurt.
