What is this error? what are preadjustment factors in ARIMA, proc X12

While running proc X12 on the time series data, I am getting following error

 

"Multiplicative or log additive seasonal adjustment cannot be performed when preadjustment factors are derived from a
regARIMA model for data which have not been log transformed. Check the values for the POWER option of the TRANSFORM
statement and MODE option of the X11 statement."

 

Any help with what this may imply?
