What is the line that removes percentages from the freq procedure?

What is the line that removes percentages from the freq procedure? I've used nocol and nopercent to get below, but I also want to remove that percentages on the bottom. Thank you!

Similar to NOCOL and NOPERCENT, you can add NOROW.
