In this case the physical file is a font:

Physical file does not exist, /usr/share/fonts/msttcorefonts/saswcur.ttf

I try to invoke a ODS output with the following statements in a user written transformation:

ods pdf file="/nfs/nfsserver/edv/epa/auslhin.pdf";

ods csvall file="/nfs/nfsserver/edv/epa/auslhin.csv";

No fonts are defined, just the above ods statements.

But I always get this error.

In the Enterprise Guide the same code functions flawlessly.

Does ODS not function in the DI-Studio (I'm using v4.901). Is there something to consider?

Because you can do something, it soesn't mean you should do it. In this case use DI Studio as a report generator.

That said, there must be something different in the SAS sessions that is executing the same code.

Perhaps you need to issue a

proc options;
run;

and compare the outcome.
