Update Notification function fails to give information

Dear SAS team and users

I downloaded SAS University Edition this April and I very much enjoy gettin gto know this very powerful software. Still, I have an issue that you might help me with: In the SAS Information Center, the Update Notification function fails to give information about wether or not there is an update. The (German) text that is given in the box on the lefthand side goes as follows: "The test for updates could not be completed. Ensure that there is a connection to the internet and try again."

What should I do?
