Teradata administrator team informed that my data for insert into teradata is less but cpu skew usage is very high..

 

I have below statement to improve performance but I am getting error as "Insert substitution
values are not shown"

 

proc append base=TERA_TABLE_NAME (MULTILOAD=YES MULTISTMT=YES) data=work.SASDATASET1; run;

It would be beneficial to dhow the full log.
From your excerpt it looks like you are appending to a table in SAS WORK, not in Teradata.

Could you try proc sql + insert ?

libname x teradata .......  insertbuff=10000 dbcommit=yes;
proc sql;
insert into ......
