How to reorder the colA like below:

If they're all in one variable you need to first separate them and then use CALL SORTC(). 

You can separate them using SCAN() and recombine using CATX(). 

 

Ie

CALL SORTC(var1, var2, var3).

And if anyone earlier made a comment about "why stick multiple values into a single value" you just discovered one of the reasons the question was asked.
