Does anyone know if this book was ever released and if so how I can obtain a print or electronic copy?

Otherwise, any suggestions for materials for a Stata user to learn SAS?
Thanks,
Matt
SAS Bookstore told me that this was a a free booklet availble in late 2015 for a short time. Due to many errors in the content, a new version is being developed.
Here's the currently available training that's free.
