this program will show what you have licensed.

options linesize=max
        pagesize=max;
proc setinit;
run;

And this program shows what you have actually installed.

proc product_status;run;

You may need to share the results of both programs. You may have been licensed for the addin but it may not have been installed properly. Or it wasn't included in the license.

The SAS Add-In for Microsoft Office is a separate install, not an automatic part of Base SAS.  You (or your IT admin) will need to install the SAS Add-In via the SAS Deployment Wizard.  Or, the SAS Add-In has a nice standalone installer that you can find in your software depot (again, your admin might need to help).

If you once had the product activated on this machine, but are afraid something has changed to "lose" it, you might check your /Program Files/SASHome/x86 directory to see if the bits are there.  If so, you might be able to reactivate from a command prompt using the SwitcherUtility that comes with the product.

If you mean SAS Deployment Manager ..  this is what I can see.  Where can I find the Add-in?

No -- the Software Deployment Wizard is the setup.exe that you find in your software depot, a (usually very large) directory with the installation media for your SAS products.

Within there, you can also find the standalone installer (named something like SASAddInForMicrosoftOffice71_x86_x64.exe).  That might be a better option if you're not having to configure a full SAS environment.

All of this assumes that the product is part of your software order.  SAS Add-In is bundled with several solutions but it's not automatically included with Base SAS.
