Hi i am trying to send email by using the  macrovariable

using like this

%let a=%str(ak.gmail.com;lkp.gmai.com;rk@gmail.com);

%put &a;

I am getting error how can i resolve this 3 emial ids

That code runs fine.  But the first two values are not email addresses.

How are you actually trying to use it?  What error message are you getting.

You should use   %unquote(&a)   to unmask special character.

Hi,

If you are adding the %put to your filename statement.. Would the Semi colon not end the filename statement?

I think if you are trying to send the mail to all three ids then you should have a space instead of semicolon.

%let a=%str("ak.gmail.com" "lkp.gmai.com" "rk@gmail.com");

%put &a;
