How can i read a flat file using pass through facility(not odbc)?
Could any one help me in this regard.

Can you be more specific about your situation?
Where is the flat file stored vs your SAS session?
Where do you want to store the imported data?
Why do you think you need pass thru? SQL pass thru generally is used for work with data base data, not raw data.
