I pulled my data from an external source.. My date field I am using is in the Date9 format. I keep receiving errors stating not compatible variable type and such.
My data step is as follows:
Data work.test;
set work.data_pull;
where Active_DT > 01JAN2013;
keep MemberID Active_DT;
run;
I have tried in my where statement : > '01JAN2013' d; and still receive errors.
I am sure I am making a silly mistake (new to sas) and can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong? Greatly appreciate it =).
Nevermind.. I had a space between 2013' and d.. It works now.
