Hi, I'm new and I have a problem when I try to filter the metadata to find the dimension of a cube using the statement:

  numObj =
METADATA_GETNOBJ("omsobj: Dimension? (@ Name contains 'Company')", 1, uriDim);

I can not find any subtype of the object (Cube, Hierarchy, ...). I've managed to supertype values (Repository).

I also tested with the following expression and neither is found:

"omsobj: Dimension/A5G6J93P * [(@ Name contains 'Company')]"

if I use the uri:

     numObj = METADATA_GETNOBJ("omsobj:Dimension/A5G6J93P.AU00000U",1, uriDim);

There are no problems finding the object. But when I add a filter stops working

I'm lost with the syntax What am I doing wrong?

PD: Excuse me, but my English is very bad.

Hi,

You may want to try the following line:

numobj=metadata_getnobj("omsobj:Dimension?@Name contains 'Company'",1,uriDim);

Regards,

Chendhil

The problem was the repository options in the connection. I put the id of the repository and must be referenced with the name.

Thanks.
