What do you mean by create?

Is it an output dataset, report that's printed out?

go to File > New > Ordered List

This will take you to a screen that allows you to "Add" programs. Click on Add, then use ctrl and mouse to click all the table(s) you would like in the ordered list. Once you have the list, you can re-order the list. When you run an Ordered List, it will run from top to bottom in that order regardless of how you have them tied together in your Process Flow. You can have more than one Order List in a Project.

Hope that helps.
