One Rsubmit with mutliple download vs mutliple rsubmit with one download each

I have two option to code. I think option 1 is better, but need suggestion which option is better.

Along with that Is there any heavy cost for rsubmit.

/* Option 1 */
rsubmit; < code to transfer file1> < code to transfer file2> < code to transfer file3 > < code to transfer file4 > endrsubmit;
/* Option 2*/ rsubmit; < code to transfer file1> endrsubmit; rsubmit; < code to transfer file2> endrsubmit; rsubmit; < code to transfer file3 endrsubmit; rsubmit; < code to transfer file4 > endrsubmit;

Re: One Rsubmit with mutliple download vs mutliple rsubmit with one download each

The "cost" for an rsubmit is negligible. Code is transferred to the server side in text form, that's all. The tcp/ip connection stays open all the time, so there's no overhead.
