Assign a libref to the path specified. (where the actual datasets reside i.e. .sas7bdat files and use that libref to do your stuff.

libname myLib ''C:\Users\Danny\Documents\My SAS Files\9.3" ;

data temp;

set myLib.question03 ;

run;

proc print data=temp;

run;
