I have a report with two pages I need to to give first page with different title and second page with different title.

You should tell us more details about what is on the first page and what is on the second page and the code used to produce this report and even the data. Otherwise, there's no one here who can help.

First page with title "Frequency"
Second page with title "Statistics"

Use two title statements. 

 

Generic, vague question = generic, vague answers.

Title1 "some text" before first Proc report code.

Title1 "some other text" before second Proc report code.

 

title1; after all code to avoid getting unwanted titles.
