Hello everyone,
Every time when SAS(I use SAS 9.3) start it will run some codes in the background silently(maybe someone had configed the SAS initial). that codes maybe stored in SASautoexec or some place else.
I am not clear about this, could you tell me how I can know every action the SAS console initially does for me after a new SAS console started and before I can write my own SAS code?
Thank you!
Is there not information in the log to suggest what SAS does on startup? I'm not sure what you mean by SAS console, but if this is not Enterprise Guide, is there a SAS shortcut that you're using to launch SAS? And if so, can you right click on that shortcut and go to the properties and look for -autoexec "somepath...\somefile.sas" that would show you if/what type of autoexec file is being run?
