Take a look at the Decision Tree Modeling class. It teaches the use of SAS Enterprise Miner for doing modeling with decision trees

If you don't have EM, but license SAS/IML, you can use the treedisc macro (see: LISTSERV 16.0 - SAS-L Archives ).
I actually prefer passing data from SAS to one of the R packages.
Neither of this were licensed. Have only EG at the moment.
Then I would suggest to use SAS to create a file compatible with R and then use that.
You can use PROC HPSPLIT if you have SAS/STAT
EG can have IML.
Never used it but came across this recently:
It does need modifications for your current version of R and possibly others.
