I have a file that I get that I need to generate an XML file for.

I have the table I need to provide as a SAS dataset and I have the XSD file that specifies the schema.

Is there a straightforward way to create my XML file?

Also, if there's an easy way to do this in Excel or Access I'd be happy to try that, The file isn't large, but too large to manually generate the XML file.

I have never done this, but seems to be doable with the XML engine described here:
