How to Read Date & Time in "mm/dd/yyyy hh:mm:ss AM" format

data mydata;
  INFILE mysource dsd missover;
  input name : $50.
		database : $50.
		server : $75.
		title : $50.
		datetime ???
		;

I am a bit stumped trying to find an informat to read in the datetime.  The data is in a comma delimited file and the date time is written within quotes as such:  "04/06/2016 01:06:08 PM" or "11/24/2015 02:00:48 AM".  I did not try column input as the above works for the rest of the data being read and seems simple.

Of course, I've been getting invalid data with everything I tried and your help will be appreciated.

Thank you.

That seemed to work per below.  I tested it with format datetime datetime24.   Thank you.

data mydata;
  *INFILE mysource dlm=',' missover;
  INFILE mysource dsd missover;
  informat datetime anydtdtm.;
  input name : $50.
		database : $50.
		server : $75.
		title : $50.
		datetime
		;
